Form 3 – Agreement & Terms Verification

Before submitting your information, you will be asked to agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy pages of FanDuel, so make sure to read them before accepting.

You will need to also agree that you are not entering false information about your identity and that the info you entered is accurate.

Next you will need to agree that you are not a worker at a casino, online casino, simulcasting facility for your state; which are prohibited from participating on sportsbook wagering.

Finally you will be asked to agree that you are over the age of 21, or of legal age for your local jurisdiction.

From here you will submit your registration info to begin the verification look up on the information you provided.

Once you have winnings in your balance, you will be allowed to withdraw your money from withdrawable balance. If you attempt to withdraw bonus money or deposit money, you will receive an error. To be able to withdraw your deposited money, you will need to contact customer service so that they can handle the transaction manually on their side.
